Hello everybody,
I am trying to send a wet signal from an insert effect to an output in Sonar X3. The reason why I m doing this is because I want to mix on an external analog mixer and have that signal on a separate channel (via an output from my audio interface) and keep the dry on another.
Can anyone explain to me if this is possible, and how to. Seems pretty simple what I want but I've been thinking of a way to do it, in vain.

Easiest method is to put the effect on its own bus (often 100% wet, but not required), then insert a post fader send on the dry track (so the fader affects both signals). The dry and wet signals can then be mixed to taste via console or externally.
