The problem was dual posted. The Ohmforce plugs were not in the scan path http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3064326

Sorry about that. Once I realized I did it(the double post), I didn't know how to undo it.
 
I didn't realize/remember that I could approach the plug ins from the Preferences page. All is well now. I added the folder to the VST scan there and everything is now "tickety booh".
 
I have been doing everything in 64 bit on X3e PE, by the way.

Thanks for the thumbs up on the Ohmicide, Brando. For any followers, I was trying to add these to the VST folder scan in the Plug In Manager, and once I went to the Preferences page, and added the folder there, everything scanned and is now working properly.
