Hey everybody my name is Trey and I am a newb here and I have been doing church audio for many years. I am all self taught so I have no official schooling and I am trying to figure out how to take the outputs from this ZED24 and get the sonar 6 LE to record each channel independently. Any time I arm more than 1 channel and unmute only one channel the software sees that 1 channel of audio on all the channels that are armed to record. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day!!

What you mean by "each channel"? ZED24 is a mixer. Build-in USB interface has only one stereo input/output (or 2 mono), see the page 24 in User Guide. To record 2 mono tracks instead of one stereo, select corresponding Mono input (Left or Right) in the "IN/OUT" section (it is shown in the second picture on page 24).

In case you have armed several tracks with the same input, they all record the same material.

So I can not record each channel on the mixer individually azslow3?

Stereo I/O only, from page 22 of http://www.allen-heath.com/media/AP6822_5+ZED14_18_24UG.pdf
The ZED is equipped with a stereo bi-directional USB 1.1 compliant audio CODEC.

That is why they put "ICE-16D"  as "related product". Please note that you still can not record Inputs of ZED that way, but you can record all outputs simultaneously. Analog Mixers do not digitize at all, they route everything as analog signal. USB Audio interface there is a "small extra", not the primary feature (and so the quality and functionality).
