Hello. I just got a new computer and am in the process of downloading all the software again. However, under my registered products there is no download option available for Z3TA+2. I bought the software in 2011, so I assumed I would be able to download it again. Would appreciate any feedback on this.

Also, is there any way to get Rapture LE again? I used it on some of my older songs but have no idea what the presets were. Would I be able to custom install it from my old Sonar 8 disks? And would I then have to run the Sonar X3e patch again afterwards? Thanks in advance.

Cakewalk is closed today as it is July 4
Rapture comes with X3 Pro. Assuming you have this just replace your projects with this version you should not need LE versions.

Thanks for the reply, Alex.

I'm not trying to buy Z3TA+2. I've already bought it. I'm just unable to download it - there is no "Download" link available next to the product. However, I am able to download many other products under the 'My Registered Products' section of the website. I've just finished downloading the CA-2A leveler before writing this.

As for Rapture, I know that it bundles with X3, but that doesn't help me. I want the same old sounds that I had on my songs before - the ones I already have in the songs. If I had the LE version installed, then presumably they would just play. Without the LE version, I need to start over again using Rapture (full version) to try and replicate the sound I already have in the song with the LE version.

The download link may be associated with other purchases in the store account. In my case, Z3TA+2 is part of the X1 Producer Suite so the link to Z3TA_2_Setup(Windows).exe is under the line item "First-Class upgrade to Production Suite."

You have the same sounds in Pro and well as LE. I suggest you change your projects to make use of Pro and abandon LE in order to avoid any future upgrade issues. Same with Dimension Pro. It should be fairly straightforward if you didn't tweak the factory patches (just search for the sounds). If you did tweak the patches then you will need LE to compare or export the settings with Pro version if it matters to you.

Sorry I don't know the answer to this, certainly in the X series where Rapture is bundled you can.

Thanks scook.

From what I remember, I purchased Zeta 2 separately. It shows up under My Registered Products as its own item, except there is no download option available. I sure hope I don't have to download all of X1 again just for the one plugin. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

That's all well and good, Alex, but without LE, I don't know which preset it was that I was using in the first place. I can't turn it on to find out because I don't have LE! I guess I can scroll through all the presets in the full version to try and find the same sounds. It's good to know that the full version has all of the same presets as LE, at least. I know this has not been the case with Dim Pro in some cases. Some of the Dim Pro presets in older versions of Sonar, that I used in some of my older songs, are no longer in the newer versions.

Anyway, while that's all a bit of an inconvenience, my main concern is my inability to download Zeta 2. But thanks for getting back to me.

It would be a separate item on a download page. The download page in the Production Suite example above has 7 different files on the download page. One of them is the Z3TA+2 windows download. Check the other download links around the time of purchase.

I don't come to the forums often, but when I do, you're always able to help me out, scook. They should pay you if they don't already. I found it in my X1e update download. Thanks again, man!

I went though a similar issue, I was able to locate them without much issue by ear and intuition.

With Dim Pro, I'm surprised you have different sounds, please make sure you have the expansion packs:
