Having issues when inserting a
Standalone Midi Track, but when I record, it does not create a ‘Clip’
When I insert a standard Midi Track, eg; Insert> MIDI Track > select proper Input & Output > select the midi track > turn Input Echo on and preview >then when I go to ‘arm’ the selected track, the
light red background in the track itself does not show up. When I go ahead and record, it will record the midi notes, but
will not create a clip when I stop recording.
Can only get a MIDI clip recorded if I use it within a Soft Synth Insert such as TTS.
It works fine in another project, but can’t seem to get it to work in my other projects.
I am hoping I have a setting not correct somewhere and not remembering how I changed it in the project that works.
