Just got a A500Pro.  I look up the firmware version (ACT+B1) and it shows "ver.1200". Is that more recent than 1.15? why using a different numbering scheme?
Also Editor can't receive data from the hardware, it would hung at "transmitting...", transmit to the hardware is ok.

Latest is 1.15:

My A300 shows Version:1150. I'd like to know where you got that. Have you ever updated your firmware?

With A500 pro don't install anything but the driver, remove the other software bundled.. ACT is built into Sonar, at least from X series onwards... And in the case of Windows 10 only the drivers are supported.

Thanks for responding.  I pressed both ACT and B1 and that's what showed in the display.  So how do one suppose to read that?
ver.1200 = 1.200 which can be higher than 1.150? or is it? so confusing.
I just got the key today so before I do any updating, I want to check the version first. So no I haven't updated anything yet.

Looks like you have a higher BIOS to me (1.2 rather than. 1.15). I wouldn't touch it unless anybody else knows any different.

Do you have the issue of not able to receive ctrl map from the hardware to the Editor?  This is the reason why I was looking at firmware.
