Hi all,

Does anyone have tips for configuring Antares Harmony Engine to work with X3? Should it be enabled as a soft-synth, or a plug-in, or both? At the moment, I'm hearing the original audio on the right channel, and the processed audio on the left. Is that normal for this plug-in? Shouldn't I be hearing everything after the effect does its work, to create a stereo spread, rather than having to process in mono?

Cool effect, particularly when Midi supplies the chords, but I know there's much more it can do, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ed

I have it set it up as a soft-synth. Works fine.

Have you checked the pan control within each voice section (including the input). Maybe this is why you are hearing all the effect on one side?

The pan controls are grayed out in Avox Harmony. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Bumping this post up, as I was hoping somebody familiar with the plugin within Sonar would chime-in before it dies.

Thanks,

There may be a few users with experience using this in the software forum. I don't have any experience with Antares products.

I've only used it as an effect, I just put it in the fx bin on the track I want it on, it has always worked as expected, although I don't use it much.........
