If you delete the thread we'll lose Alexs' very helpful [Tip].

Great idea, it'll be easy to search for tips by searching for [Tip]!

Been meaning to suggest a "Craig's Stuff" sticky for the X forum. And maybe the techniques forum. If you are to be here as much as you have been of late a separate main forum would be best.

I would simply tag "Tip" and then "Craig" (or maybe you can search by user name). See my last post for the full detail. With tags there are endless posibilities when categorising.

I was also wondering if we have far too many forums here and stickys. Maybe that's for another thread.

Fur Shur too many stickys at top of the X forum.

After deleting most of the old and irrelevant items, add the Craig sticky that would just be a link to a Craigs's Stuff forum. And each of Craig's posts could have a link to the forum.

And the world would be a better place.

Well you could have one sticky post that displays an index of relevant tags to click on including tags relevant to Craig's postings. Better still have tag cloud. We have too many forums that's what tags are for.The other way is much higher maintance, and far less SEO friendly .Personally I don't care where or from whom tips come from, as long as they are good.

If we want to get into compiling personal tips written by just one person, well that's blogging really.

Are they any fees associated with this?

Tips are always gratefully accepted.

As to a separate thread for my stuff, I do write up the major ones for the Cakewalk blog. In fact I think another article is going to be published Monday on mixing kick and bass, based on the EB 5 Expansion Pack. It will also have freebies! Five TH2 bass amp sims and two ProChannel presets for bass.

I like the idea. It would help with my new thread about getting a midi drum file to individual audio tracks through Addictive Drums *COUGHshamelessCOUGHplugCOUGH*
