Great. done.  thanks.  So i'm curious, i have this project open, but it looks just like a regular project.  Could i theoretically continue working with this file, or it it hobbled in some way in safe mode?

Then close.
And try to open the new project.
If there is a problem it could still be a plug.

Save it with "save as" to your back up drive.. I wouldn't continue with the drive you are using at this point.
