Played with MODO for 10min and it sounds relly good. Just not sure if I know how to correctly by-pass modo`s amps, I lowered gain and put Amplitube after, sounded ok.

Thanks for the kind words, I really love the way MODO BASS sounds for sure.
 
To disable the amp, go to the Amp/Fx section and turn the AMP control down to zero.  You can see the AMP control in this screenshot:

Sounds as good as it looks. But I think H.O/P.O. articulation needs more tweaking, it does not sound natural, changes timber and drops in volume.

I will report this as the team is definitely committed to tidying up as much as possible (and adding some things) in subsequent updates.  We don't want to be emulating a weak-fingered bassist who can't do hammer-ons and pull-offs! :)

Adding some things? Like an Upright bass?

More likely sooner than an upright in MODO BASS since it is an electric bass collection, but both suggestions have been made.
