I guess running SONAR as administrator made no difference either.

Before re-installing, I would unregister and move the the binaries out of the "Shared Plugins" folder. Not that anything I have suggested has helped so far. Unregistering may require being the administrator.

run as admin, regsvr32... no go. i give up, i'll just make a track template for it.
