Hi

What do people think of The E-MU Proteus Pack Complete Bundle?
http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cgbp/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=32-EMPP0.00-20E

Or should I just stick with E-MU Proteus Pack Proteus 2000?

Or is there a better way?

Cheers :)

I have the Proteus Pack sounds for Kontakt, and I also have the Proteus 2000 for Dim Pro - couldn't tell you why I did that.

I generally use Kontakt over Dimension Pro, but Dim Pro works fine - and in any case that was not your question.

I don't have much (any) use for Mo Phatt, but there are still SO many usable sounds in the larger Proteus Pack that I would recommend you spend the extra money for it.  It is still so reasonable for all of those sounds.

Anyways, that's my recommendation for you.  :)

Thanks Bob.

I would go for the Kontakt one as well but it seems a lot more expensive...

Well I made the leap and went Kontakt, it was about the same price in fact.

Although Digital Sound Factory is giving me just 30Kb/S download from their servers which will take about 5 hours to download the file which is a total joke! :) Is everybody in the USA steaming the world cup or something?? ;) Or do they use 56K modems out there?

Next stop Ozone.... perhaps.... hmmm...

Well, I hope your download doesn't get to the 90+ minute mark and let Portugal score a last-minute !#%(*!%(*% goal!!!!!
