rbeckerThis is a very, very catchy tune. The kind that stays in your head and you hum at 2:00 in the morning. I like it a lot.A couple things:1. I would be interested to hear this with different basses. Nothing wrong with the current version, but just to compare.2. To build a little expectation for the listener, It might be interesting to not bring the bass in until about 35 seconds into the tune, or maybe have it play the first 15 seconds (intro), drop out, and then back in at 35. This is just a stylistic thing, not a critique. Great song!
stevecCatchy, well played and arranged, and the mix is crystal clear. Sounds like Daryl to me.
emeraldsoulwhen I see you post a new song, I run don't walk to listen to it. Great mixing chops meets catchy tunesmithery. I thought the bass was just fine but on the louder side of just fine. For an ending, I'd prefer a fade out during a chorus, but I bet you thought of that one already. As you Brits say, "brilliant." cheers,-Tom
WookieeIf the honk was intendead then I for one Am all for artistic honks . As I said only a tiny little insignificant nit.
