Tony wrote the book on how to play slap bass his book was called Slap It ...
 
Back to your OP ....That's some cool stuff . I enjoyed watching those Bass Vids
 
I'm all dude'd out after watching him play .
There is something in his eyes that's a little psycho and I need to see a female Bass player

this first one has such a lovely presence and wonderful energy ...she reminds me of a delicate flower ..
I feel so bad that I keep wishing she would pull a Sharon Stone type of  move like in Basic Instinct 

 
This Gal here I can look at all day play the bass ...
maybe the guy in your opening post stands a chance on getting to know her he's young and he can sure play a mean bass ...

Thanks for the Slap It book tip, I'll definitely need all the help/practice/time/patience to get it right......of course, it'll probably help if I get a bass first.
