I wondering if CW/Sonar has a Multiband Side Compressor, similar to Waves C6 or Vengeance Multiband Sidechange Compressor?

Sorry, no. However, you can probably rig something up using stock plugins, depending on what it is you're trying to accomplish. Side-chainable multibands are a fairly recent development, and for good reason: for decades nobody actually felt they needed one. I still don't (but I'd probably find a use for it if I had one).

Maybe if you described what kinds of tasks you plan to use such a plugin for, others could suggest alternate ways to accomplish the same end. It's at least worth exploring before you give Waves a hundred bucks.

Well, I saw a video with a guy using a Multiband SC Compressor to make a white noise "pump";) He used it as an effect on the white noise and made a percussive drum track to shuffle a bit more by using this FX. Pretty cool. 

Vengeance seem to be very easy to use, I would love to have it. Perhaps I need to purchase this plugin:) I want an easy setup and GUI to work with.

Where is the video? That seems interesting to me, and I might try it.

You don't even need sidechaining for that trick. If you're after rhythmic pumping use a tremolo plugin. There are lots of free ones around. You just need one that can sync to tempo, as most can. Ideally it'll also let you alter the envelope shape or at least offer a variety of shapes to choose from.

Don't know which video you're referring to, but if you mean the Eric Prydz type of pumping where one drum squashes the mix that was such a big part of "Call on Me," I did an article showing how to get that sound with sidechaining and Sonar 8.5 (but translates easy to X-series programs). You might also find this article useful; even though it relates to Sonar 7, the Sonitus effects with sidechaining haven't changed.

Bit's right, you can do a lot with the stock plug-ins. Sometimes, though, the routings can get quite complex (don't forget about saving as a track preset if you find something that works). For example you could set up the Sonitus multiband compressor as a crossover by creating several buses, putting a Sonitus multiband with a compression ratio of 1:1 (no compression) in each one, then soloing a different band for each bus. Then each multiband processor could be followed by a side-chainable Sonitus compressor.
