No sign of Track Manager in Console view at all...
Yeah, something's hinky with Track manager now. But since it works for you in TV, open it, un-check and then check again the option at the bottom that controls whether or not the display is in sync between TV and Console. For me, that's updating the Console View so it's displaying only the tracks I have visible in the TV - In other words, even though the Manager won't open while Console has focus, I do have a way of indirectly controlling what tracks are displayed.
