Hi,
I've never really had a problem with latency, but recently I had to disconnect my NI Komplete Audio6 
audio interface, I've just hooked it back up and have latency problems, never had any before, why would it
start now ? And how do I solve it, I've tried raising buffers to 1024 I have and input of 3.6 msecs and an output of 5.4 msecs
total round trip of 9.0 msecs, I thought that would fine, but it's not !!

Increasing buffers will actually increase latency. 9ms isn't very high though and should mostly be unnoticeable. If it is really bad though and turning the buffers down doesn't help then the reported latency is wrong or something else is going on.
 
My first thought is to uninstall/reinstall the drivers (making sure to use the latest drivers for your interface) but if you provide some more detail maybe someone can offer something less drastic.
