Usually on a console, you start at the trim/gain...then move down to the EQ ...then sends, etc... with the fadar just being last. 
 
Admittedly still new....but I'll jack around with a gain knob when on input echo... and nothing happens.  Try to put a stereo FX somewhere..to have it mono-ized.... figure out where the ProChannel fits compared to the FX bin... 
I'm sure it's written down in the manual somewhere..... that I can't seem to find.  Not to mention, the manual is like what...10 billion pages long!!    well...at least 2K isn't it?

nice pic...makes me feel like I don't know how to look anything up.   But how does the ProChannel come in and out.  Seems I don't have any choices, unlike the pre/post send buttons.  It looks like the signal is split and run parallel with the PC to the FX bin?   Isn't that kind of weird?  Any way to make that series?

The proChannel has a pre/post FX bin switch in the inspector, the proChannel context menu and console view.

Good Doc, SCOOK!   MIXMKR - you might want to visit the LINK and print it out as there are additional written notes at the bottom of the LINK to give you additional understanding of the signal flow.

As far as I can tell, this diagram does not allow for ProChannel on busses.
 

I'd venture to say, the block diagram of the buss...specifically the stereo buss, omits the FX bin, etc...which would be similar to the track.  It looks to be 'simplified' in the block diagram

Stereo/mono button seems to be missing. I would assume the point where stereo could be converted into mono is at the end.
