Stereo/mono button seems to be missing

No it's in there. Look between the input gain and the FX bin. The Prochannel is a little weird in the drawing as it does look like it can be set up to bypass the FX bin - but scook has cleared it all up

Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, consider this ... a gift.

There are friends and there are good friends. Friends, will help you, but a good friend will help you dispose of a body. Someday he may need a good friend.

I'm lucky, I've two good friends.

Are we saying mono/stereo goes before any Fx? If so I've just coughed up all my sweets... As I figured it would be just before Pan.

I would assume it goes before fx, otherwise what would be the point of true stereo fx?

Point taken.
However that basically means that turning stereo FX into mono would be impossible without additional plugin functionality (or it being built into the plugin itself)...
Guess I'm being thick here...

Doesn't it just mean that both L and R in a stereo plugin would get the same signal (if the interleave was set for mono)?

I think you might be reading too much in to it:
- set the track mono or stereo
- FX will now work in mono or stereo
- it the plugin can't handle it - it barfs

Of course - there's always the chance that I'm being too somplistic ;-)
