Hi all im wondering is there a way to reset vsti plugins without have to delete then reinsert them into a project?im having a once in a while issue were the only way ive found to get rid of it is to remove then reload the plugin which wouldnt be an issue for most plugins but whats annoying is this is a multi output and having setup all my channel routing again and again is very tiring.or perhaps if there is no way to actually reset a vsti then is there a way to save my routings so when i have to reload that i can just call up my original routing?

Echojester - I've read your post several times, but I'm sorry, I can't follow what the problem is exactly and what you're trying to do.  My only guess is that you're saying one of your soft synths goes wonky and you need to take it out of a project and re-insert it-?

If you are talking about soft synths....
Right click the piano icon next to the track name, select Replace Synth from the options menu and select the same synth.

You might also want to take a look at project templates,  track templates and FX Chains within Sonar.

Cheers..

Yes that is basically what im saying.sorry for my poor gramer i was up all night trying to find a solution and was a bit grogy when i made this thread.but i found the solution anyway it was a setting within the plugin itself causing problems,ive switch it off and my problems are gone :)

@CakealexS

Thanks i did try the replace option but the problem did go away till i totally removed it from the project then re loaded it but ive solved the problem anyway an it turns out not to be a sonar issue just a weird setting .its resolved now.ill still look into making mixer templates tho see if i canr make it easier to load multi output plugs
