In doing some searching, I found 3 applications that accomplish EQ matching:

FabFilter ProQ2
Ozone 7 Equalizer
Voxengo Curve EQ

Are there others on the same level as these?  I'd like to hear from all who use any of these applications.  What have you found to be the pros and cons?  Thanks for your input.

I loves my ProQ2!  But if I was looking for a first-time buy, I'd also want to consider Melda's MAutoDynamicEQ - waiting for a 50% off sale that comes along from time to time, which would price it at around 55 bucks.

I use Ozone and Giorgio by Moroder by Daft Punk for my go to reference. The reason for this is the spectrum is damn close to a perfect pink noise profile and it incorporates several different genres and instruments.
This gives me a baseline spectrum to compare my master to. I don't actually turn matching on to eq but purely to spot possible hot and cold spots. I then pre-eq separately.  My chain normally goes pre-eq>matching profile eq>dynamics>maximiser>insight>sonarworks
Once I am happy I may sometimes remove the matching eq, shift dynamics over and add the exciter or saturator.
Obviously I bypass Insight and sonarworks when rendering.
