I think I detect a distinct ambience that came from recording in a rubber room. Very ingenious.

It also sounds like Mario sang it through a Hannibal Lector leather and wire mask instead of a pop filter.

I can totally see that Nicki Minaj reference here (well not really see her, but you know.....in my head etc...). What are some of the production techniques/equipment (Mic's, software, plugins/fx etc...) you use to get these results?  


Have you thought about putting a medley of these two together as a remix project? That would be cool...

It wasn't "gargled gravel" at all.  I depicted those characters quite well.
