I am now looking at this (2) you have in there,, I think you might have something fishy with installing 2 sets of drivers and Sonar is looking for device # 2 and not 1. 
Might be a good idea to totally uninstall all the drivers and start again. And always make sure your using the same USB port. Did you change ports and re install the drivers? 
Everything else you have listed shows as being correct, but that (2) bugs me...

Do you have 'share drivers with other software' checked?

So, I finally got time to sit down and fiddle with it again. I uninstalled and reinstalled asio drivers. I got rid of the (2) people were concerned about however the original problem still exists. I did discover that WDM drivers fix the problem and it works fine I get input and can play my previous project back. I still need asio drivers to work though as when I first got the interface I kept experiencing latency problems until I used asio drivers. Any more ideas?
And yes I do have share drivers with other software ticked.
