I never even look at my project info but tonight I looked at the info for a project I've been dicking around on for about 3 years - it's not even that great, but I just keep plowing along at it and reworking it over and over - and the MF'er has been open for 3592:19:17 . Surely that can't be right though? It also says there were 188 saves. Those figures just don't seem to square with each other. That's like 19 hours per save. That 3592 means hours right?

I've never looked at that either, but my 2nd to last tune 'Painting Ghosts' says;

Editing time:  5274:29:12
Revision:  76
Events:  4315

?

The 'editing time' can't be hours because I only started that project in December last year.

...unless it includes the amount of time I waited for the bass track....

I'm not even going to look.

I don't need to feel that way.

I haven't looked, but am not quite sure I'd want to know.

The project I'm working on now has a song written in 1996 on a 4-track recorder.  It's gone through an overhaul at least every 18 months or so, changing genres, instrumentation, and layout.  Finally at the "ideal" build in 2017.

Ah, good thinking.

Even at that though, there's no way I worked for 87 hours on that project.

A possible stat to show the Mrs. how productive you've been? (or what a waste of time....lol )

Hmm maybe that 3592 is the number of times it's crashed then? (Sorry Cakewalk)

But there's 3 numbers there. If the 3592 is minutes then the 2nd number must be seconds, so what's the 3rd? Milliseconds?
