Dim Pro 1.5 registration issues on Win 8 (p.2)

When Sonar is run with administrator permissions it is elevated and windows explorer, and many other tasks, are prevented from doing stuff like drag-and-drop with Sonar.
Windows explorer cannot run as an administrator.
