I always hoped I wouldn't have to create a post like this but am I the only person in Sonarland to buy the Concrete Limiter (yesterday) and not received any form of serial numbers?

Hey, quit your grumbling! It was a good move to post this here as often the Cakewalk people will see your post and sort it out for you. They did for me and I've seen others too. But , it is the weekend ya know.

email customer support and/or PM one of the staff

If you call them,  they will send your numbers immediately.  I know they aren't open today,  but that's the best solution.   I got the CA-2A 2.0 Leveler and the ProChannel PC4K S-Type Channel Compressor a few weeks ago,  and they still haven't updated those numbers to my store account.

wow and bummer is all I can say.  just to let you know they do have good service [with some], as I've ALWAYS got my ser and reg numbers in just a couple of minutes after purchase.  I bought two items Friday and received them instantly.

I believe Calkwalk are in hibernation until Tuesday as there's public holiday in the States (there's one in the UK as well) so I suppose I'll use the email support system and live life without Limitations until I have my Limiter.
I do find it hard to believe that the system isn't automated though - I've never had any bother before.

I just wanted to add that I Purchased on Saturday 24th and all went well. I got the order number right away, then an e-mail, with the e-mail stating to wait 45 minutes and check for the ser and reg numbers. I checked back and all were there.
