Almost-geezer... 59 next month.
Love energetic, upbeat music... playing, recording, & mixing.

we'll start at over 60??  And what is the main "drive" for doing computer audio?

anyone over 70?

I'll be 61 in a week...    phew...time flies.

I'll be 70 in August! I started my band in 1956 and retired it in 1996. As you can see from my Avatar, I'm into home recording big time. Started home recording in the 80swith an Amiga computer, a Fostek 8-channel tape recorder, ARP Odessey, , and kept updating and expanding. Body of a geezer, but spirit of a 20 year old!

Great topic!  It's good to see so many fellow geezers here!  I just turned 67, and for the past four years I have been re-pursuing the musical passions that I had to put on a back burner almost half a century ago.

I have to admit the DAW, and Sonar in particular, inspired me to get serious about music again.  I have always loved having my guitars around to noodle around with, but the potential to create literally anything musically with music software is what pulled me back in to being a musician.

I sometimes look at the current music scene and feel like a dinosaur or visitor from another planet, and I miss record stores, but I can now make my own music!  Go Geezers!

I turned 61 this past February.

I've been ITB since SONAR 6/7. I've owned Cakewalk since PA-4. I only skipped SONAR 2 (for some unknown reason).

I'm 36 but feel like I'm 93.

It's okay though... because I'll be lucky to hit 63... so I guess it kind of works out. :-/

Stupid nature.

I will say... It's awesome having so many "geezers" around here to draw knowledge from. I may just get something musically significant done before I'm totally useless (or dead) because of it.
