To explain a bit, moving programs away from the Program Files folder will allow them to run without having to deal with Windows User Account Control.
Some folks move some applications, per the above, some folks disable UAC in Windows altogether (I definitely do NOT recommend this option), and the rest of folks leave things where they install by default and simply hit Enter whenever Windows asks for confirmation to continue (which is what I do).
It is a personal choice, for the 1st and 3rd option above, and - in my opinion - the 2nd option of disabling UAC altogether is a bad choice. It exists to help protect the computer.
