I used my Sonar 7PE disc and performed a customized install of the pitch plugin and a couple other plugins.
 
The pitch is not working properly...makes everything sound like crap.
 
The other plugins don't work at all. I get no audio unless I hit the power button on the graphical interface of the plugin.
 
Sorry, maybe it is not right, as the plugin checker at startup does not recognize the count change.
