YouTube just featured "The Elephant Song" yesterday... it's still on the main page. Wow, nothing could have prepared me for the response to that (I'm still curled up in the fetal position on the floor.) I haven't gotten any Sonar work done the past two days with moderating all of the comments, the overwhelming number of which have been wonderful... but what with it being a kid-friendly channel, we've had to nix some of the comments (both positive and negative) with bad language (and worse).

Anyway, I'm really grateful for the experience and exposure. Very cool.

I've seen some really good video poster here. But I love this one. Nice job. Nice simple artwork that's interesting and funny. The whole thing is just silly and nice. No, I'm not 6 yrs old but I still liked it.

Well, this was a hoot! Yes, a fellow Sonar-ite was one of the 1683 goofballs who got together and played- what else- Smoke on the Water- setting a new Guinness World Record!!!

Not exactly hi-fi but man... you gotta love it!

Hahaha, what a funny idea. I just wished they would have turned down the loud speakers so we could here the accoustics better.

We made this to promote our first album, which (despite the shots of analog gear) was entirely recorded in SONAR.

This style of music is not generally my cup of tea, but you guys did a great job. Both video and music was very catchy and the production was good.

IMHO Ethan Winer's Cello Rondo is one of the best Videos ever done with the audio supported by Sonar.

Check out the Main Page Here!

OK, does he really play all those instruments? Or is it all midi and samples? Sounds and looks like he is playing all the different instruments. Really cool. I love the sound of classical guitar. Also, I've seen Ethan's video on "Programming Analog Synths" before and that is excellent.

Oh, and of course all the stuff by SonicClang is cool because I'm a video game addict. It was cool seeing someone who actually makes this music. Nice!

There was more great stuff but I already edited this thread like 10 times now and tired....

Here's one where Sonar 7 x64 version can been seen running in the background as the bass player lays down his track... I'm sitting at the top of a ladder with my wireless keyboard in one hand and video camera in the other...

From the days when I played bass with Sad Lovers & Giants.
The Marquee gig ( 2nd August 1987) was the first played to promote The Mirror Test album after a long break from playing live and I think the drummer may have taken a little too much speed LOL......the rest of the gig will go up track by track over the coming weeks.
The sound quality is appalling but I have tweaked what i can in Sonar (compressed/EQ and a little ambience) prior to upload.

There are many other videos of SL&G (do a search on Sad Lovers & Giants)on youtube but the linked page above is the stuff I'll be putting up there.

I also have a copy of a Madrid gig by my other band The Snake Corps for whom I 'played' keyboards which will go on my page.

A performance of us covering Golden Earring's Radar Love can be viewed here: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=aQEISVMfH6E
This was in December 1990 at the Madrid gig and this vid was shot by a punter 'down the front' hence the appalling sound!!
