www.kicksville.com Yeah, it would have been nice to have more people, but the shows were meant to be sort of a test run. We have so much technology involved on stage that we needed to make sure it all worked before we really started promoting the show.
I'll put it this way: 72 inputs on stage / 2 digital consoles / 6 stereo monitor mixes / multiple video sources & screens / 24 moving lights / 4 CPUs / SONAR driving playback, video & lighing sync, console automation, patch changes, hosting softsynths, and click. (And for the record, SONAR never even blinked....not one issue during all the pre-production/rehearsals/tour.)
Now that we know it works, we've got some REALLY cool things coming up. I'll post more info once the ink is dry....
