A Happy Ending: I went to the ATM and tried to take out the cash to get a prepaid credit card, but my debit card had been inactivated by the bank's fraud alert system (too many tries at the celemony site). So when I got back home, I called the number on the back of the credit card to speak with a rep. After a few verification questions to make sure that I was indeed the card owner, the card was reactivated. The good news is that they marked the transaction request as valid and I was able to go back to the website and purchase the upgrade. Yea! So all is well in my little musical world again!
