I have a close friend that thinks he's a genius (one of those). He brings up things that are tangentially relevent to the discussion. I say why do you bring that up?  His reply has always stymied me.  He replies well, I'm just saying.... Wtf does that even mean? I'm just saying.. I' just saying....wtf?
