Hi - I'm trying to record a track that has a bass groove similar like Muse's "Uprising".  Does anyone know what would be the proper quantization setting?

Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm not sure about quantize for swing, but you could use a CAL script.

Alternatively, you could use Step Sequencer and that has a swing parameter than you can turn up and down.

Actually I don't think you want swing, you want eighth-note triplet quantization if referenced to a "four on the floor" quarter note kick drum.
