I don't see where ANY tracks are selected in your screen capture (but that may have happened when you did the screen shot).  I think that the easiest way to do this is to select a single (any) track, then do a Ctrl-A.  The control A should select all of the tracks.  Don't worry if you have tracks muted.  the mute will be honored in the export.

Double left clicking on a track that is already selected will also select all tracks/clips.

In all the vids I watched, they used the bar near the top (where the repeat indicators appear, and that green pointer thing) to highlight a portion of a song, and then went to export it. Had that Control-A been mentioned in any of the vids, in any case it worked.

It's just a bit of a tricky maneuver to highlight the song and not the 'Scrap bin' after it. Now how do I remove the dead-space at the beginning of that wave file without 'Wavestudio'? New Project it in Sonar, or find another Wavestudio?

So I don't need to 'Bounce' each individual Midi track one at a time to audio first, just so I can do a mix down. Given that one-track-at-a-time option, the record with wave studio while Sonar was playing the song was easier and much quicker, lol.

Select the tracks to export (this does not appear to be happening in the screen grabs).

Set the time range to export by either click-dragging along the timeline, using Select By Time or Select From/Thru options. (this appears to be the only set being executed in the screen grabs).

Export selection.

"click-dragging along the timeline", that's what it's called. Its tricky (O.K. near Impossible with long tracks) to get the selection dead on bar that way.

Select By Time or Select From/Thru options. Time to do some reading. And look at Sonar's interface again.

So I take it there is no simple wave editor on that UA25EX set of CDs?
There is a grayed-out "WaveStudio" in the Sonar Menu Options, What is that for?

Don't know but there are quite a few freely available on the internet such as wavosaur , waveshop and wavepad to name three.

So while there seem to be a lot of things going on that you have to take care of right now, this is a because Sonar gives you a lot of control of what and how you export your projects.  There are actually a few other ways to do this that you may uncover as you get to know this workflow.  Trust me, having control (as opposed to the software making all of the decisions for you) is a good thing.

I am assuming that you are sending your output to busses, and then through a master bus before going to output.  The master bus is where you would want to control your fade in/out for the project.  Using volume automation works well for this on the master bus.  I have found that putting a Boost-11 on the FX of the master bus is a good way of limiting when you don't have access to some of the other Pro Channel tools.

The time ruler at the top can be used to control the start and stop point for the export.  I usually do this by click dragging on the timeline ruler.  The selected area is highlighted.  There are other ways to do this, but selecting on the timeline with a drag is the approach that I use.

"O" I know it's not for Recording, given it's lobotomised EMU10k leftovers, it was the top of the line for gaming when I picked up this particular card. I just had to do a little shielding to protect it from the Radios here.

Well that was fun. I have some warnings about trying stuff if your operating at the 'Near Limits' of Ram.

NCH Software (WavePad), dose Pop-Up Browser window Advertising stuff. Needles to say that didn't go over so well with SonarX1 already going.

Wavosaur, at least has the fundamental (Joint left and right only) wave level adjustment options, tho I haven't done much with it yet. It dose not appear to exhibit that pop-up browser stuff, that I have noticed yet.

(edit) I was testing grabbing tom samples from the Session Drummer install, editing levels and pan, and inserting them into my custom Drums-set SFZ for Dimension Pro.

As for WaveShop. It appears to have all the basics for adjusting instrument samples (fade-in/out, swap channels, invert wave, level adjust, etc), except there all joint-Channel, and I don't see a 'Past-Mix' option. Only a Past-Overweight, lol.

At least there is no pop-ups.
(edit)
Wavosaur, and WaveShop have no difficulty sending audio out of the UA25EX output (By default), and I can easily capture WL2K traffic (radio signal sound) from the input of the UA25EX. None of the three seam capable of capturing audio going to the UA25EX output, without resorting to output-to-input jumper-cable-origami.
