The support page says Friday is a closure day - but today isn't. Where is the staff?

I just found a page that said hours are from 1-6pm EST. It would be very helpful if your automated phone service would say that. I highly recommend you put that in there. Example, "Normal business hours are from 1-6pm EST."
As it is now, there is no statement whatsoever about when the phones go live.

IDK, it is Patriots' Day in Massachusetts. Maybe because of last year there is something special happening today.

Marathon?

It's because CW has caller ID and they saw your name on their phones.  So, they ignored the ringing to avoid speaking with you.  Boy, you must have done something to make them mad.
