Hi,

Can you suggest a good Guitar Strumming VSTi?
The old Steinberg's Virtual Guitarist was great but limited.
I am looking for both acoustic and electric guitar.

Thanks

Haven't looked for an electric strumming VST, but the best acoustic one I've used is Pettinhouse AcousticGuitar. Very flexible strum pattern designer and it sounds great. There are some vids on Youtube showing off the product.

I use Amplesound's AGT + AGM for  acoustics. There's a demo available.
No use for the electrics so can't comment on those.

I've enjoyed using the Strum Maker IV (Acoustic) from InDigiNous.......found it to be super easy to use, simple to get a good rythm pattern, sounds very good, and is fairly cheap. (requires  the full version of Kontakt 4 or higher).

I agree with Carl on Ampsound(I only tried the demo) and ilyaefimov My favorite currently is
I don't own Pettinhouse or Orangetree but they seem worth checking out.

For me, Indiginus is a great way to make a fast sketch, but I don't really like the strum for final track.

ArcRex, to be able to post links, I believe you need to have a minimum of 25 posts. (you can still spell out the link though)

Music Lab's real guitar series is good if you want a stand alone VST; There is an acoustic, a Strat and a Les Paul. If you have Kontakt be sure to check out Orange Tree's offerings.
