This is certainly different from your normal tracks and I enjoyed it. It reminded me of the background music from one of those 80's films like Firestarter, lots of tension and build up that puts the viewer on the edge of the seat wondering what will happen to the main character.

You made some very good chord choices throughout this piece especially for the arp synth pattern that makes an appearance now and again.

Good stuff

Sorry it took a while to come and listen - great composition Wookster - this would take patience I'm afraid I just don't have.
I really like the dirty synth sounds with the slightly off tune feel mixed with the hi-fi of the arps.
Definitely movie music and deserves to be in a movie.

My thanks Adrian glad you enjoyed my little piece I appreciate you taking the time to listen and comment.

Daryl I have no expectations when I post a tune and it pleases me that you took the time to have a listen and comment.

video music.   What verb are you using.  I like my verbs so wet, I can wash my clothes in it...  Don't tell me this is an expensive verb either.  I'll accept Valhalla...but even better if it came with Sonar...like Rematric or Breverb.

The percussion/verby thing gets a little old after a bit.  Maybe some tonic key changes??
love the synth stuff...

Definitely cinematic sounding and edgy.  I like the feel that you create from dark, to on the edge of your seat, to somewhat relaxed to cautious, and back to edge of your seat.  I think that this works very well. You must have put some thought to this number.  Did you have a particular scenario in mind?
Good stuff!

Mixmkr, thanks for the listen and comment, Breverb is the reverb on this I only use cakes stock reverb plugs and whatever the synths has have as part of their config.  I hear your point on the percussion thing but I wanted to get a sense of the relentless passage of time marching on without thought.

My thanks to you Freddy for taking the time to listen and comment.  As for the scenario it is the start of something new, the opening of the door into that new, do we want to go through the door into this new, hence that hesitation, but in reality we have no choice the new is forced upon us and we must accept it.

As to thought, I sit in front of my keyboard and most sort of fall out of the furry paws then they take on a life of their own.  I am sure you understand that.
