the links for problem report and feature requests no longer seem to work.  I tried Firefox and Chrome.
 
For example, following those links from here:
http://forum.cakewalk.com/How-to-contact-Cakewalk-directly-m2839291.aspx
results in redirect to the support home page.
 
From the support home page, following the links to Contact (http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Contact), and then Problem report or Feature request results in a 404.
 
The old links which used to work were http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/contact/problemreport.aspx which now takes you to a spinning gear, and http://www.cakewalk.com/support/contact/featurerequest.aspx which now redirects to support home page.
 

I suspect there is some site maintenance going on. The web-based help is unreachable and the site is very slow.
