That sounds great.... it's been a while since I've had Coquilles St Jacques. I used to waiter/bartend at a French restaurant (in Michigan ca '75), and I learned about some fabulous food. My wife is having a lot of fun -which is always "contagious" - for the past few days, so we are really enjoying this holiday.
