I had an issue on my system rebuild machine and couldnt for the life of me remember my account username, I was in session and really needed Melodyne. I mailed support with my serial number and they got back to me in 20mins with my username and my session didnt suffer.
 
All hail Celemony support! Kudos to Sonar for working closely with another great team!

I've only needed Celemony support once, and they were on the money.  Great guys.

+1, they actually refunded me money I had already paid for the full price Editor upgrade, because it got down priced several hours later. Within a day, too. Very upstanding people in their support department.
