I'd just try removing and reinstalling Melodyne.

I did this a few times. I even de-selected 32 bit and just chose 64 bit options and vice a versa. I'm just not getting it.

Yes, the 64bit versions of the standalone program, rewiredevice.dll and documentation are installed by default in "C:\Program Files\Celemony\Melodyne singletrack". Does the standalone version run? Again, VST2 it is not going to be picked up in the Region FX menu in SONAR. ARA requires VST3.

The stand alone version runs, but from what I see trying to edit vocals is very clunky. It has to be done a small section at a time. I'm trying to get it to run through sonar.

I installed both VST3 and VST2. How would I get it to show up in Region Effects?

Verify the VST3 is in the scan path. I thought "c:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3" was part of the path by default. The scan paths are shown in Preferences > File > VST Settings. There was nothing special needed to get it working in the full version of X3. The VST2 plug-in is completely unnecessary.

Works great for me. I like editing small sections (clips) at a time. Split the clips if necessary over verse/chorus etc.
I would recommend: Edit on a cloned track (so you have a backup). When you've finished, save it, then bounce it down to another track so Melodyne is completely removed, then use that as the playback track and archive off the other tracks.

The 32 bit version of the stand alone opens. I'm confused and frustrated.

Scook...VST3 is in the scan path. Still not working. Luckily I still have Vvocal. IT's easier using that than editing small clips. Still I would like to use Melodyne as well. I am friggin stumped.by the way...the 64 bit version of the stand alone does not open.

All the paths I provided above assume a 64bit installation of SONAR and Melodyne
The 32bit versions would be installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)" by default instead of "C:\Program Files". 64bit SONAR requires 64bit Melodyne. 32bit Melodyne should only be used with 32bit SONAR.

I would contact Celemony about the 64bit standalone failure.
