How can I locate a bug report?

Sadly I don't keep a list of them and I think maybe if I add this song file to it The Bakers might find what I can't?

There is very little audio in it as it's mostly MIDI... and the two plugins that are not Cakewalk are free. I can't send Amplitube but I'll bet someone there has a copy? I can include the SpinnerLE (Leslie) which is free...

Never mind... I found the report link...

Thanks...

I don't even get email confirmations when I log issues (do others), at least I could have a record that way.
If you lose the CWBN number you lose the issue. A bit rubbish really...

Cheers..

Thanks Alex...

I found the report confirmations including two that are marked duplicate... I've located each of the reports including the original (not marked duplicate) but I can't find a way to add a file to the report....

Have you done this?

Keni - Why would you need to add a file?
If it is text then you would paste it in the issue.
If it is a pic, you could post it in the forums along with your issue and point them to it.
For me, whenever I log an issue I always create a thread or use an existing thread, and point bakers to it.

Otherwise no idea, problem reporter software is sadly lacking...

Thanks..

<whew>... this is confusing...

I just found a piece that uses

Addictive Drums
VSampler vst32
A guitar track (acoustic)
two vocal tracks...

Even after removing all the vsti's and related tracks it still would not zoom correctly... I then deleted one of two lanes on a vocal track and that track will now zoom correctly while it would not with the extra lane...

And note that this project was started in X3c...

I'm truly bewildered...

Something interesting as a work around?

I just fond the command

Show and fit selection
CTRL+ALT+H

this works to properly zoom to a selected area... but of course you must select the area in the lower clip half using the click (not right click)...

So if I can get myself to remember to use the cluster instead of the Z I can at least work until this is sorted out...

Hi Alex...

It's easy to add a file while initially creating a report and it is supposed to allow us to add a file later, but tho I can locate the report I can't find a way to attach a file to the report.... which is what they need...

There is something elusive in this group of pre X3c files that is causing a problem and I can't seem to isolate it, so I want to send them the file to examine

Sorry for very late response Keni. I suggest contacting Cakewalk direct.... that's if your issue is reproducible in X3E...

Thanks Alex...

Done long ago as this has been a major issue for me since the change to Lanes...
