Howdy All... not many worries here ... SONAR X3e earning its' keep, maintaining income

THE BUS Problem... it's simple. In recent projects involving guitar ...I've used Guitar Rig 5 affecting all guitar tracks assigned to a "guitar" bus... all is well until ...I save the program, return the next day, reopen ...all audio in the "guitar" bus comes out as MONO left ...if a track assigned to the "guitar" buss is panned right ...it is gone.

SO ...I save the GR5 settings to a preset named after the project. Delete the problem bus ...reassign, open GR5 with the saved setting and all is well on both sides of the output/mix

Anyone else have a similar report?
I'm digging in to fix the problem as I write... no ideas yet.
Thanks for any thoughts....

Maybe that project got corrupted a bit.

Try this:

Set things up how you want and then do a save as, renaming the project. Close it and reopen the renamed project to see if the Buss stays stereo.

Maybe because Guitar Rig is a mono-only effect?

Thomas ... I will try that today.

Bitflipper... it's a stereo plug as employed in the project. But something about your question is triggering a memory... hmmmm...

Thanks to Both of You!

Have you checked event list to see if any rogue Midi information or automation is flipping it to pan?

I did have this problem once as I recall.

God knows how I sorted it....Is Guitar Rig updated via S.Centre?
