Hey, Ryan - I wasn't criticising the document ... just seeing if the envelope could be pushed a shade further. And, to your comment, I am one of those who started out in the Cakewalk 3.0 days, blithely passed through the various incarnations of Pro Audio and then Sonar all the way to 8.5.3, and then struggled immensely with the switch of UI after 8.5.3 (not because I am dim, but because there seemed to be so many arbitrary and willful changes - I still do not understand why the File Save icon was removed, f'rinstance!) In fact, I found it so tedious having to re-learn which buttons to push to do things that essentially had not changed, that my use of Sonar dropped to about 10% of what it earlier had been. It is only since X3e that the excellence of the product has been fully restored (and I wholeheartedly that X3e is the best Sonar ever) and the effort of using it seems worthwhile again. The QS guide is (for me) essential to have to hand for those moments when I can only remember how to do the thing in the "pre X1" manner.
And, in case it sounds like I am complaining, let me repeat - X3e is the best Sonar ever.
