I'm loving my new X3 and in the process of "Exploring" I noticed that my Guitar Rig 4 that was included in X1 (Producer) was never registered.  I went to my Cakewalk Store Account and found that instead of a serial number for Guitar Rig 4, I have "Out of Serial Numbers"  I remember seeing this a while ago, but when I upgraded to X2 and got TH2 I forgot about it.  Now I'm wondering what I'm missing and would like to get a serial number for Guitar Rig 4….
 
Anybody have any ideas? Cakewalk?

Suggest getting in touch with customer service directly rather than through the forum which is really peer to peer. There's no guarantee that your question here will be seen by anyone from Cakewalk and they're the only ones that can really answer you.

I would email customer service. You never got anything initially?

Thanks for the reply, guys… especially Andrew.  Love knowing the bakers are monitoring this forum.  Yeah, I knew it was probably a mistake posting here instead of just going to customer service, which I'll do now.  Sorry. Andrew, I remember seeing "out of serial numbers" for Guitar Rig 4 when I first upgraded to X1, but never did anything about it.  I figured it would show up eventually… I'll contact customer service now.

Is sonars version of guitar rig better than what is available free from NI's website because if it is I would take time to reinstall it through my version of x1
