I've watched the entire series four times through, and probably will again. Just discovered the episodes are on YouTube, for those few still without Netflix.

I never heard of it but I don't watch much TV.

I just checked online with my local library and they have
the complete 1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th seasons on DVD.

I just ordered the complete 1st season.
Thanks for posting, can't wait to check it out.

One of my old faves........

Probably needs to be seen from the series beginnnig to fully appreciate, but the scene with customer buying the wine @ 6:09 always makes me laugh.......

Lucky Louie is worth a watch, Louis C.K.'s ill fated sitcom from 2006 which ran for one season on HBO before being taken canceled because some prudish killjoys complained or something.

It's a lot different from his later show which is darker in tone (and no laugh track), but Lucky Louie was a really well written and acted offering with some great moments. His friends are hilarious.

His later show Louie was superb as well. More of a drama comedy than a sitcom, it was beautifully written, performed and produced with amazing acting and excellent photography. One of those shows which makes me glad to live in NYC.

It's Always Sunny is definitely in my top 10 all time favorite shows. It's hysterical. Danny DeVito must be one of the funniest people on the planet and I think that show has been the best vehicle for him, even better than Taxi. The writing is superb and all cast members are amazing. Gonna be very offensive to some people though.

I have a pretty thick skin and am not easily off-put by extreme humor, but Always Sunny offended me to the point I had to completely stopped watching.  There was an episode about a car accident in which a disabled person was injured - played for laughs (or some sort of distasteful plot line - don't recall the details).  Never went back.

I do like Mr. DeVito, though.  Ruthless People is one of my all-time favorite comedy movies.

I think you're probably thinking of the one in which Dennis reversed into Charlie and he was in a wheelchair for the rest of the episode. Was very funny.

I watched about 4 seasons of it on Sharke's recommendation, really funny stuff, I enjoyed it. Then, they did some holocaust jokes and that was the end of it. That's transgressing the unwritten law for me.

Perhaps a bit of an acquired taste, but check out "Legit". It's on Netflix. Basically consists of re-enactments of Jim Jefferies' stand-up routines. If you like warped but strangely heart-warming humor, with story lines that include taking your disabled pal to a cathouse, you will ache with laughter. Warning: drug use, coarse language, glorification of total losers and liberal propaganda.

Are the Three Stooges considered a "Sit com"?
