"RESET BUTTON" - Error on file open

When I open the project file at the X1, the project will not open and there is information the "Reset Button". How to open file?

I'm getting this error too! In Music Creator 6 Touch.
Has anyone else ever seen this? How did you fix it??? I can't open any of my projects!
