I believe this issue is fixed but I wanted to share. I kept getting the "not responding" message when loading Sonar and would then have to force close. I searched around on web to find comments about online help being the culprit if your wifi is switched off. Sure enough, that was the issue. As I always try and save resources I normally switch my wifi and virus and firewall off when using Sonar. There is an option in preferences to use offline help. I have that enabled now and Sonar loads without problem when the wifi is disabled. This is evidently a consequence of Sonar taking their help online for X2.
