The stream never worked for me. I did get some audio toward the end but the picture was frozen on craig sitting next to a guy with a beard. Probably not the best showing for Berklee's online class experience.

Craig,
This was really an eye opener for me.  The area's you covered in the limited time
were outstanding.   Your abilities do live up to the legends I've heard/read of you.
Did not follow lot of details, but the ideas of use and the concepts you presented
were outstanding.
Thanks for your time to put this together and the great support and interest in this forum.

Worked well here - FWIW, Chrome's zoom settings (or as someone pointed out in the sidebar discussion - Ctrl and Mousewheel ) - worked well here. Not quite full screen but adequate.
Nice job Craig - and thanks.

Hi Craig, thanks a lot for the wonderful seminar.  You mentioned about a forum where you collaborate with other musicians on songs, I think you said Sound on Sound, but can you please provide the URL of that forum?

Thanks,

Barry

It's Sound, Studio, and Stage on Harmony Central - http://www.harmonycentral.com/forum/forum/Forums_General/acapella-50

However it's not a collaboration site, it's just an informal thing called the "SSS Production Squad." A guy named Lee Knight put a song up for comment recently as well. The general protocol is an unlisted link to a YouTube video, and a request for comments. But don't forget about Gobbler for collaborations with specific musicians.

If you hit ctrl+ (or minus) it changed the screen size, that was in the chat in the first couple of minutes.  I never would've figured that out, but apparently that's a IE thing because after it was over and I came here my screen was messed up, lol.

Well done Craig!  Learning is such an ongoing process. I was very interested with several things you did even though I technically know how to do them but just never thought to do.  Thanks!

It's not just an IE thing - works with anything on my pc. I did do that but the quality of the pic wasn't great that way and as I presume the idea was to sell Berklee online courses I don't think the poor quality did them any favours. I watched an official sample tutorial of theirs once and the sound was awful - could barely hear the guy speaking over some awful drum loop that played constantly. Makes you wonder what the people producing these as tasters for expensive courses were thinking.

Cool, thanks! And thanks for doing the clinic. Would you be kind enough to share how you put together that guitar effects chain? I would love to emulate it.

Completely agree. Strange thing is that I just took a Berklee course and the video was excellent with all the controls you could want. They give you a choice of HTML5 or Flash. They really need to figure out something better for these events..

Thanks a lot, that's really helpful!  Thank you for mentioning Gobbler as well, definitely going to check that out next!
